In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no content from other servers. Fonts and images are served from the same server as the site. Only the data that technically cannot be avoided when visiting a website is processed.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
With every request, the web server automatically stores information in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer URL, browser and operating system used, amount of data transferred and HTTP status code. This data is not combined with other data and is not used to identify individuals.
The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website, for example fending off attacks and analysing errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in this purpose. IP addresses are only stored in shortened form (the last two blocks are removed, so 11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0), which makes it practically impossible to identify individuals. The log files are kept for seven days and then deleted automatically.
3. Encryption
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
4. No cookies, no tracking
No cookies are set and no data is stored in your browser. There is no audience measurement, no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded videos or maps. That is why no cookie banner is needed.
5. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract. The data is deleted once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to other websites
Links to other services (for example YouTube, Instagram or X) are plain links. Data is only transferred to these providers when you follow a link. Their privacy policies then apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Die Website wird bei ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf gehostet. Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO.
Bei jedem Aufruf speichert der Webserver automatisch Informationen in Logfiles: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Adresse, Referrer-URL, verwendeter Browser und Betriebssystem, übertragene Datenmenge und HTTP-Statuscode. Diese Daten werden nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt und nicht zur Identifikation von Personen genutzt.
Zweck ist der sichere und stabile Betrieb der Website, etwa die Abwehr von Angriffen und die Fehleranalyse. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; das berechtigte Interesse liegt in diesem Zweck. IP-Adressen werden nur gekürzt gespeichert (die letzten beiden Blöcke werden entfernt, aus 11.22.33.44 wird 11.22.0.0), sodass ein Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen praktisch nicht mehr möglich ist. Die Logfiles werden sieben Tage lang aufbewahrt und danach automatisch gelöscht.
3. Verschlüsselung
Die Website wird ausschließlich über eine verschlüsselte Verbindung (HTTPS/TLS) ausgeliefert.
4. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt und keine Daten im Browser gespeichert. Es gibt keine Reichweitenmessung, keine Werbung, keine Social-Media-Plugins und keine eingebetteten Videos oder Karten. Deshalb ist auch kein Cookie-Banner nötig.
5. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn du mir eine E-Mail schreibst, verarbeite ich deine Adresse und den Inhalt der Nachricht, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, bei Anfragen zu einem Vertrag Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage erledigt ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
6. Links zu anderen Websites
Links zu anderen Diensten (zum Beispiel YouTube, Instagram oder X) sind einfache Verweise. Daten werden an diese Anbieter erst übertragen, wenn du einem Link folgst. Dann gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.
7. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen eine Verarbeitung auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21). Wende dich dafür an die oben genannte Adresse. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO).
